We do not perform medical actions
We are not an ambulance service and our team members are not qualified to provide any medical assistance.
Our service
We can provide the following services:
- book an appointment with a doctor or a dentist.
- provide a transfer to a hospital for medical examination.
- manage the transfers to and from the doctor/dentist/hospital.
- buy medical supplies and deliver them to the ship.
Availability of services
We are of course dependent of the working hours of doctors, denstists and hospitals. In most cases we will be able to make an appointment, even during weekends in case of injuries requiring a more urgent intervention.
